Due to the handmade and personal nature of the work, I do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for any reason aside from verified shipping damage.
By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this policy in full. This policy exists to protect both the artist and the buyer, ensuring clear expectations for all transactions.
Original Artworks
Each piece is one-of-a-kind and carefully packaged. All purchases of original artwork are final and non-refundable. Please read details thoroughly and reach out with any questions before purchasing.
Prints
Prints are made to order. Because of this, I cannot offer refunds or accept returns. Be sure to double-check your order details before finalizing your purchase.
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, you must contact me within 3 days of delivery with clear photographs of the item and the packaging. Upon review, I may issue a replacement (for prints only) or a partial refund. Damage claims submitted after 3 days or without proper documentation may not be eligible for resolution.
